Job Title:

A talented Quality Assurance Specialist is required to guarantee the highest quality of software products by conducting thorough testing procedures.

About the Role:

  1. The ideal candidate will work closely with the development team to identify and resolve defects, ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of quality and user satisfaction.
  2. Key responsibilities include executing test cases and scenarios to identify software defects, collaborating with the development team to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve identified defects, and documenting test results, defects, and issues encountered during testing.
  3. The role requires participation in requirement analysis and review to ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with project objectives, as well as contributing to the creation and enhancement of automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency and test coverage.
  4. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in software quality assurance testing, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in test case management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail), defect tracking systems, and test automation tools (e.g., Selenium).
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases for data validation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
