Aakash Infosoft is looking for a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving international business growth and expanding our client base.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful B2B sales in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. They will possess a strong understanding of IT products and services, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  1. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  3. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients
  4. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports
  5. Provide insights and guidance on IT solutions to clients
  6. Explore opportunities for product expansion and development

The ideal candidate must have prior international travel experience and be willing to travel internationally for deal closures, meetings, and client acquisition. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) is required. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to strike deals are also essential.
