Business Development Senior Executive

Job Summary:
">The position of SRM / Cluster Manager is a key role in the organization, responsible for servicing all customers to achieve business objectives.
">Apart from corporate commercial lines, the focus will be on Group Health Business, including Marine and Workmen's Compensation. This will not include individual policies such as motor and health insurance.
">The primary responsibilities include achieving business targets, servicing brokers and intermediaries, reaching out to new markets, meeting service level agreements, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining reports.
">Reporting Hierarchy: Regional Head Corporate
">Qualifications and Requirements:
">Total 2-5 years experience in Mumbai market in sales or marketing department with Insurance companies or key brokers.
">Candidates who are Sales Managers Corporate vertical or Broking vertical from other GIs such as TATA AIG, BAGIC, SBI, Magma, Royal Sundaram, Cholamandalam etc can also apply.
">Experience with Corporate Agency Channel handling of private players will also fit.
