**Job Title:** Senior Business Development Executive

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective field work and strategic partnerships.

 

Main Responsibilities:

Achieving assigned territory/geography wise sales targets by executing effective field work strategies.

Carrying out daily field work activities with minimal supervision.

Reporting field work activities on assigned online systems in a timely manner.

Meeting call average, coverage, and frequency coverage norms for assigned divisions.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Maximum prescriptions increase market share.
  • Promote divisional products as per strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders (doctors, chemists, stockiest, etc).
  • Facilitate strategy building and implementation.
  • Represent the company as a good brand ambassador.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any specialization or B.Pharm.

2+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in medical devices and equipment industry.

Candidates with prior/current experience in same therapy or freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered.
