Senior Water Infrastructure Project Lead

This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of experienced engineers in delivering complex water infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent project delivery skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading large teams, managing projects from concept to completion, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in the design and delivery of water infrastructure projects.
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Maintain high levels of health and safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout projects.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and codes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in engineering design, project management, and leadership roles.
  • Chartered Engineer (ICE/CIWEM) or equivalent certification.
  • Strong understanding of UK design standards, hydraulic design, and drawing detailing.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in software tools such as Microdrainage Civil 3D, Navisworks, and Autodesk Infodrainage.
