We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst and Project Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team at Novo Nordisk in Bangalore. As an HR Data Analyst & Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. You will provide data-driven recommendations, prepare proposals, and business cases to improve HR processes, programs, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations, prepare proposals, and business cases to improve HR processes, programs, and decision-making.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards on HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management consumption.
- Assist the HR Director, GBS in the execution of the People strategy for GBS.
- Monitor, coordinate, and report progress on key HR strategic initiatives.
- Drive annual targets and priority processes for GBS HR, including monthly reporting of performance.
- Define and ensure the implementation of HR annual wheel/calendar of processes with timely and proactive communication to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- MBA (preferably in HR from Tier-1 or Tier-2 colleges) with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in using HR information systems, data analysis, MS-Power point, and visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Significant experience in stakeholder management.
- Initiative and proactive approach in anticipating needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in using office software and equipment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail.
