Business Process Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and business processes, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing solutions for Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing systems, ensuring high levels of performance and reliability.
  • Perform system integrations with other business applications, streamlining processes and eliminating inefficiencies.
  • Ensure seamless communication between departments, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, with a strong foundation in programming principles and data structures.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central, with a focus on customization and integration.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing and managing competing deadlines and expectations.
