Job Description
  • We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and help us develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other business intelligence solutions.
  • As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and develop BI solutions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • Total 10+ years of relevant professional experience in BI, data science, statistical analysis, machine learning, and/or enterprise reporting
  • Advanced SQL and Python skills are a plus
  • Power BI and Tableau experience
  • Proven data analyst experience, preferably in the contact center industry
  • Domain experience with contact center self-service analytics, conversation design, IVR & routing, and/or speech analytics
