Job Overview:

This role is for an experienced Quality Assurance Professional who will lead our company's quality assurance processes as we scale from development to large-scale production.

We're seeking a seasoned expert to develop and implement quality strategies for hardware and software, oversee testing, validation, inspection, and compliance processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead, train, and mentor the quality control team, and drive ISO certifications and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing quality strategies for hardware and software.
  • Overseeing testing, validation, inspection, and compliance processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers.
  • Leading, training, and mentoring the quality control team.
  • Driving ISO certifications and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in quality control/assurance, preferably in robotics, automation, or aerospace.
  • Strong expertise in both hardware and software quality management.
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and AI-powered systems is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, or related fields.
