Lead Engagement Specialist:

We are seeking a driven professional to fill a key role in our compliance and license sales team. As a critical member of this team, you will be responsible for engaging with organizations identified for software misuse, building persuasive conversations, and converting them into licensed customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Execute compliance and piracy campaigns from initial notification through resolution.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and process case data for CRM updates, reporting, and follow-up actions.
  • Client Outreach: Directly engage with clients identified in compliance investigations, persuading them to purchase valid licenses.
  • Lead Development: Develop and qualify leads to support ongoing campaign engagement.
  • Documentation: Document outcomes and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in sales, customer engagement, or similar persuasion-driven roles.
  • Performance: Proven ability to meet goals in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
  • Communication: Proficiency in English with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Tech Skills: Familiarity with omni-channel outreach (calls, email, video conferencing).
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Resilience: Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and rejection.
