Process Governance and Transformation Lead

This role is accountable for end-to-end design, governance, and continuous improvement of core business processes, data across all regions, and key enterprise systems.

The Process Governance and Transformation Lead will define global standards, data quality, and compliance rules, drive harmonization and standardization across regions, functions, and business units, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational excellence.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Global process ownership: owning and maintaining global process standards, documentation, and lifecycle governance.
  • Governance: defining, monitoring, and enforcing global policies, KPIs, and performance targets.
  • Continuous improvement: leading initiatives to improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Stakeholder management: engaging with regional teams, business units, and senior leadership.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes, Master Data, and MDM principles. They should possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making skills. Experience in setting up Master Data Centres of Excellence and working with CRM, ERP, MDM systems is desirable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in process and data ownership, operations, or transformation roles.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives.
