About Supreme Components International, a global distributor of electronic and LED components.

This role combines IT support and data/business operations analyst functions. We are looking for an individual who can troubleshoot hardware and software issues (about 20–25% of the time), as well as handle commission reports, stock uploads, CRM cleanup, and other global business support projects (approximately 75–80% of the time).

The ideal candidate will be skilled in Excel and have experience with CRM systems, data cleaning, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with SQL or scripting is a plus.

  • Provide IT support — troubleshoot computers, email, software, and network issues.
  • Upload SCI stock and inventory files to external platforms/websites.
  • Build and maintain commission reports for Finance.
  • Clean and update CRM data.
  • Manage company-wide updates.
  • Support ongoing IT and operations projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Support (approx. 10–12 hours/week): Troubleshoot computers, email, software, and network issues.
  • Data and Operations Support: Commission reports, stock uploads, CRM cleanup, holiday calendar updates, and other global business support projects.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or IT/business analyst roles.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Educational background in IT or Computer Science.
  • Skilled in Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data cleaning.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
