Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Senior Wealth Manager. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client portfolios, providing expert investment advice and wealth management solutions.
About the Position
- This is an individual contributor role with no team management responsibilities.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong personal network, deep product knowledge, and a proven track record of building long-term client relationships while driving revenue and asset growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire, nurture, and grow relationships with high-net-worth/ultra-high-net-worth clients, family offices, and senior professionals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and wealth planning needs.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews, offering strategic solutions aligned with market conditions and client objectives.
Wealth Advisory & Solutions
- Advise clients on a wide range of investment products including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, structured products, and insurance.
- Provide tailored wealth planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, and succession planning guidance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities.
Business Growth & Revenue Generation
- Achieve assets under management (AUM) and revenue targets through focused client acquisition and wallet-share expansion.
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the wealth management and third-party product suite.
- Leverage existing relationships to grow client base through referrals and networking.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, RBI, and IRDAI regulations.
- Maintain transparent, ethical, and client-centric practices.
- Minimize operational and investment risks by adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Post Graduate/MBA/CA/CFA preferred.
- 12–18 years of experience in wealth management/private banking with a reputable organization.
- Proven individual contributor track record of managing high-net-worth/ultra-high-net-worth client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and wealth planning solutions.
- Established network of high-net-worth/ultra-high-net-worth clients in Hubli and surrounding regions.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills.
- High integrity with a client-first mindset.
