Wealth Management Expertise: A Key to Success

Job Description:

A highly skilled Wealth Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) is required to oversee the implementation of a Digital Wealth platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain knowledge in private banking and wealth management, ensuring business requirements are accurately captured and regulatory compliance is maintained.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Domain Expertise:
    • Lead as the primary domain expert for wealth management and private banking.
    • Validate business requirements across modules:
      • Customer Overview & Net Worth Analytics
      • Investment & Cash Accounts
      • Portfolio Management and Tracking
      • Wealth Planning & Goal-Based Investing
      • Self-Execution & Robo-Advisory Journeys
      • Evaluate platform capabilities align with customer onboarding & KYC, order placement and settlements, reporting and analytics, and vendor integrations.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders:
      • Work closely with business, compliance, and product teams to define requirements.
      • Liaise with technology and vendor partners to ensure domain needs are met.
      • Provide training and documentation to internal teams.
    • Regulatory Compliance:
      • Ensure alignment with global and regional frameworks such as MiFID II, FATCA, CRS, AML, and KYC.
      • Validate wealth journeys against compliance and risk profiling standards.
  • Required Skills & Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory.
    • Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio performance metrics, risk profiling, and goal-based investing.
    • Familiarity with digital wealth platforms and customer onboarding is highly desirable.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience working with Middle East or global private banking clients.
    • Involvement in wealth platform transformation projects.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
