The primary goal of a Project Coordinator is to facilitate the successful execution of projects by effectively managing multiple tasks, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring seamless client account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage project activities, establish strong relationships with clients, and coordinate resources to achieve desired outcomes.
  2. Handle client communications, foster interest, and engage clients through calls and emails to maintain a positive working relationship.
  3. Oversee client receivables, plan, and execute monthly retention strategies to ensure long-term relationships.

Project Coordinators must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to remain composed in challenging situations. Experience in IT project handling, project coordinator/project manager roles, and exposure to US/International clients are highly valued. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is also essential for success.
