Job Opportunity

The role of Delivery Lead involves overseeing the effective delivery of impactful applications and services, supporting key business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage critical finance processes to meet deadlines for local, regulatory, and group requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver bespoke solutions leveraging technical architecture expertise, leading global teams to successfully deliver complex business solutions.
  • Establish service levels, key processes, and scope of services for application services within the portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain the roadmap of change associated with the application group.
  • Align team objectives with high-level organizational goals.
  • Manage budget and resource allocation, monitoring supplier performance reports.
  • Review and approve contracts for a predetermined level of authority.
  • Assist procurement in managing vendor relations and accountability.
  • Oversee Continuous Service Improvement initiatives to ensure continuously improving processes and capabilities.
  • Interfacing with internal and external auditors.
  • Support resolution of escalated risks and issues as part of service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Produce high-level estimates as needed.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Leadership experience delivering complex financial solutions for the insurance industry.
  • Expertise in managing Oracle EBS General Ledger and OBIA Reporting environment is desired.
  • Strong experience managing complex financial data and reporting systems in a high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills delivering high-impact bespoke and packaged solutions for the insurance industry.
  • Hands-on design, development, and technical architecture experience leading global teams.
  • Experience with budget, supply, and resource management for in-scope applications and services.
  • Ability to hold suppliers accountable for performance against Service Levels.
