Role Overview

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to work directly with the leadership team and support them in driving growth and execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in ambiguity, and has the drive to translate strategy into action.

This key position involves providing strategic support & execution, translating leadership vision into actionable plans, and tracking execution across multiple projects. You will be the force multiplier that ensures projects, people, and priorities are aligned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Support & Execution

  • Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively solve issues.
Business & Growth Support
  • Support client interactions, proposals, investor material, and internal reporting.
  • Research and analyze new opportunities, partnerships, and expansion plans.
Team & Culture
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for hiring, onboarding, and team communication.
  • Help build a culture of accountability, clarity, and fast execution.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, operations, product management, or a fast-paced startup role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate independently, prioritize across competing demands, and manage stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, fast pivots, and high-growth environments.
