Job Summary

PromoDome Digital is seeking an experienced and strategic Performance Marketing expert to lead our operations team in managing large-scale YouTube advertising campaigns globally. This role requires expertise in international YouTube advertising, managing multiple campaigns, and optimizing ad performance to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy & Management
    • Drive engagement (views, likes, subscribers) and conversions for clients.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance
    • Implement best practices to streamline ad acceptance and rejection criteria.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
