Job Overview

As a billing executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring timely payment of invoices. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to coordinate with the finance team and project operation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of outstanding balances and invoices.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients, update account information, and post payments in a timely manner.
  • Update the system with payment information and record daily deposits and payments.
  • Identify potential payment issues and suggest payment assistance programs to clients in need.
  • Notify clients of upcoming or missed payment deadlines.
  • Generate reports on billing activity and create monthly overdue reports.
Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
