Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical Performance Marketer to lead and optimize Meta ads campaigns, drive conversions, and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of campaign strategy and performance analysis, with a proven track record of generating leads and maximizing revenue.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Platforms, leveraging audience targeting, A/B testing, creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Manage full-funnel performance marketing strategy, working cross-functionally with design, brand, and product teams to craft compelling ad experiences.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, taking action to improve Click-through Rate (CTR), conversion rates, Cost per Action (CPA), and ROAS.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage monthly ad budgets with efficiency and accountability for performance, driving maximum ROI.
  2. Run remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike audience campaigns to boost engagement and conversion.
  3. Optimize campaigns for different goals: lead generation, website traffic, sales, brand awareness, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, running high-performing Meta Ads campaigns for B2C or travel brands.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve strong ROAS, with a strong understanding of Ads Manager, Conversion APIs, and audience retargeting.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
