Experienced Operations Leader Sought

The role involves overseeing large-scale operations in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance. A strong background in Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Compliance, and Financial Risk is essential.

Responsibilities include managing delivery operations to achieve high-quality service levels, customer satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory standards. Automation, process improvements, and digital transformation are also key areas of focus.

We are seeking a seasoned leader with at least 15 years of experience in setting up, transitioning, and managing large operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving automation, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

A key aspect of the role is leading transition and transformation initiatives, including due diligence, process migrations, and stabilization of new engagements. Partnering with senior client stakeholders to provide strategic leadership and define business vision in alignment with compliance and customer experience objectives is also crucial.

The successful candidate will oversee risk management, KYC, CDD/EDD, and financial compliance operations, ensuring audit readiness and regulatory adherence. They will build and mentor cross-functional teams, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion while driving employee engagement.

Establishing MIS reporting frameworks and delivering insights to enable data-driven decision-making is a critical responsibility. Managing multi-geographic delivery operations to ensure consistent performance across global centers is also an essential part of the role.
