Job Title: Engagement Lead

This role involves engaging organizations identified for software misuse, building persuasive conversations, and converting them into licensed customers.

  • Directly engage with clients identified in compliance investigations, persuading them to purchase valid licenses.
  • Manage compliance and piracy campaigns from initial notification through resolution.
  • Analyze and process case data for CRM updates, reporting, and follow-up actions.
  • Generate and qualify leads to support ongoing campaign engagement.
  • Document outcomes and contribute to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the ability to meet goals in high-pressure, target-driven environments and demonstrate proficiency in English with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Familiarity with omni-channel outreach (calls, email, video conferencing) is also required along with strong organizational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
