Job Title

A DevOps Architect plays a crucial role in delivering SaaS product offerings to Bio-Pharma customers. We are seeking an experienced professional to work with our talented team of engineers and architects.

  • This position requires a strong understanding of cloud-based information systems and the ability to implement, manage, maintain, and decommission complex components securely and efficiently.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating cross-functional teams to address product issues successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and leadership when needed to support teams.
  • Implement goals and deliverables as determined by leadership.
  • Ensure smooth operations of SaaS products.
  • Take ownership of customer implementations, including SLA and SLO.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Very Strong Linux Knowledge & Troubleshooting Skills;
  • Scripting using Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.;
  • Kubernetes, helm Charts;
  • Terraform, Ansible;
  • Windows Terminal Services, AD, LDAP;
  • Change, Problem & Incident Management;
  • Implementation awareness of Vulnerability/Penetration Testing, Security;
  • Tools and frameworks used for monitoring, performance management, logging;
  • CI/CD pipeline;
  • SRE – Including Datadog.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Math or any other related discipline.
