Digital Transformation Leader

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the client relationship and managing expectations and deliverables. This includes identifying client communication needs through all channels and guiding them on how these channels should work together to create an integrated partnership. You will also be responsible for inputting into measurable business impact of our clients and real-time impact.
Key Accountabilities- Lead and execute various client projects end-to-end with support from internal team members.
- Manage multiple teams on various accounts smoothly, ensuring healthy communication and work allocation. Drive organizational culture, values, and vision of creating excellent products across the team.
- Lead planning on various accounts when it comes to campaigns and engagements and for new business pitches. Build a strong succession/second line of your team.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the account internally to help meet all deliverables, including coordination with key stakeholders. In-depth understanding of scope of work and the monetization of key elements in the delivery process.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability and inclination to work with multiple people teams and ensure efficient knowledge transfer and mentoring.
- Domain knowledge and interest in the digital domain, with the ability to suggest best practices to clients and team members alike.
- Open attitude to work with people from different walks of life and a willingness to learn and use those learnings in your everyday work.
- Creative problem-solving mindset to tackle everyday challenges on the accounts.
