Job Description

Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of onboarding technology platforms and be able to work effectively across multiple teams to develop and implement end-to-end onboarding processes.

The successful candidate will have expertise in integrating onboarding solutions with various digital systems, including recruiting, HCM, procurement, and other relevant systems.

They will also have strong collaboration skills and be able to communicate effectively with partners, including business leaders and end-users.

Additionally, they will have the ability to translate business needs into product solutions and draft requirements and user stories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end onboarding processes.
  • Integrate onboarding solutions with various digital systems.
  • Collaborate with partners to gather and understand their requirements.
  • Translate business needs into product solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in onboarding product solutioning for global implementations.
  • Experience creating effective business requirements and evaluating solution options.
  • Ability to use data and analysis to drive decision-making.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) and HR management (e.g., SHRM, PHR/SPHR).
  • Ability to stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
