Enterprise Risk Management Program

The program provides a company-wide approach to identify, measure, monitor, mitigate, and treat risks while allowing the business to innovate and deliver quality products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage a risk management program overseeing high-risk models used by the organization.
  • Establish and maintain risk management program governance documentation, including risk frameworks, policies, procedures, templates, and best practices.
  • Define and implement key risk requirements and standards, such as risk development, implementation, use, validation, change management, governance, and controls.

Partner with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Data Engineering, Information Security, Product Engineering, Finance, Credit Risk, and Business Strategy, to provide effective challenges, complete risk validation, enforce risk governance, and conduct ongoing monitoring.
