We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Legal Executive. This role is responsible for providing support to the business in various legal matters, including contract review, litigation management, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, Reviewing and Negotiating Contracts
  • Participating in client/vendor calls for contract negotiations and clarifications.
  • Maintaining and tracking contracts in the repository, ensuring version control and audit readiness.
  • Assisting in managing ongoing litigation, arbitration, and disputes.
  • Supporting business teams in responding to legal notices and regulatory queries.

HR Legal & Labour Law Support:

  • Providing advisory support on labour law compliance and employee-related legal issues.
  • Assisting HR in preparing employee agreements, policy updates, and statutory compliance.

Corporate Secretarial Support:

  • Preparing and maintaining statutory registers, records, and filings with regulatory bodies.
  • Drafting notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions for Board/Committee/General Meetings.
  • Supporting compliance under relevant laws and regulations.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Monitoring changes in laws and regulations and preparing impact notes for management.
  • Supporting implementation of compliance frameworks, policies, and governance practices.
  • Assisting in internal audits and risk mitigation initiatives.

Legal Research & Advisory:

  • Conducting legal research on corporate, commercial, and labour laws.
  • Providing practical solutions and advisory to business teams on day-to-day legal issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • BA LL.B or LL.B from a recognized university.
  • CS qualification preferred or prior exposure to company secretarial compliance.
