Job Description

To build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals is a crucial aspect of this role. The primary goal is to understand their financial goals and objectives, providing personalized advice and wealth management solutions accordingly.

The position requires conducting regular portfolio reviews and performance updates with clients to ensure alignment with their financial objectives. This involves demonstrating expertise in wealth management products, including Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Mutual Funds (MFs), and Equity.

Client education on the features, benefits, and risks associated with various wealth management products is essential. Recommending suitable investment strategies and products based on client preferences and risk profiles is also a key responsibility.

Generating new business opportunities through networking and referrals, as well as driving business growth by effectively cross-selling wealth management products and services, are critical components of this role.

Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with compliance standards is also vital.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12-18 years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of wealth management products, including AIFs and PMS
  • Proven track record of building and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant regulatory certifications (e.g., AMFI, NISM) are advantageous
