Job Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop the academic structure and progression of our curriculum aligned with competitive exams, school boards, or international standards.
  2. Supervise the creation of high-quality learning materials, including video lectures, assessments, animations, study material, and question banks.
  3. Ensure conceptual clarity, accuracy, and pedagogical coherence across all content.
  4. Recruit, train, and lead a team of SMEs, content developers, and educators, conducting regular reviews to ensure team alignment with academic goals.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E./M.Sc./Ph.D from a reputable institution.
  • At least 7 years of teaching or academic leadership experience.
  • Experience in ed-tech, test prep, or a related field is essential.
  • Deep subject expertise and academic rigor are crucial.
  • Candidates with English-medium background at Class X, Class XII, Degree levels will be preferred.
  • Strong instructional design and content review skills are necessary.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
  • Familiarity with ed-tech platforms, digital tools, and LMS is a plus.
