Civil Site Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer to oversee the execution of villa construction projects, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to construction drawings and specifications.
  • Implement quality control measures and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues during construction.
  • Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, legal requirements, and regulatory approvals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • 7+ years of experience in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on luxury residential projects.
