Construction Project Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Prepare site plans and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Inspect construction sites to verify adherence to design, project specifications, and safety codes.
- Direct or perform surveys and measurements as needed for the project.
- Knowledge of excavation processes and work heights is essential for this role.
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets for the project.
- Plan and coordinate construction activities to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors on project estimations and designs.
- Conduct geotechnical analysis and soil tests for structural foundations.
- Report on work progress and budget matters to senior management.
- Evaluate materials and workmanship to ensure they meet project quality standards and design requirements.
- Address problems that arise during construction promptly.
- Ensure compliance with building and safety codes.
- Oversee construction activities and ensure quality control.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Manage on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate project progress to the team.
