Platform Visionary

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall architecture and strategy of our platform.

This senior leader will provide strategic direction, oversee platform design, development, and governance, ensuring that technical capabilities align with our technology roadmap and digital transformation goals.

  • Platform Architecture & Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise-wide platform architecture and technical roadmap, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Governance & Best Practices: Establish and enforce governance frameworks, design principles, and coding standards for the platform.
  • Integration & Interoperability: Lead the integration of the proposed platform with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide deep technical leadership and mentorship to team members, driving innovation and excellence in ServiceNow solution design and implementation.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with latest releases and features, evaluating new platform functionalities and recommending their adoption to drive business value.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT executives, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Platform Performance: Ensure the platform's reliability, security, and performance by implementing best practices and standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, including several years in an architecture leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field or MBA is a plus.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture methodologies and how ServiceNow aligns within those frameworks.
