Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Senior Art Director to lead our design team and create innovative visual narratives for clients. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading projects from ideation to execution, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring each brand's vision is brought to life across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dive into new briefs with a strong grasp of brand tonality, business goals, and audience insights.
  • Interpret and challenge briefs creatively, adding value through strategic input.
  • Maintain a consistent understanding of each brand's visual and communication identity across projects.
  • Lead and facilitate collaborative ideation sessions with copywriters, designers, and strategists.
  • Bring bold, unconventional, and high-impact ideas to the table that are not just aesthetic but also insightful and memorable.
  • Provide clear art direction and constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers.
  • Mentor and grow creative talent, helping shape their skills and design sensibilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of creative/design experience with a strong body of work.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory/art director role.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Excellent storytelling, typography, layout, and branding skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of both digital and traditional media channels.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, or interactive media.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX design tools.
  • Prior agency or multi-brand experience.
