Key Responsibilities
  • Support client relationships and ensure smooth information flow between sellers, investors, and internal teams.
  • Track deal progress and monitor acquisition timelines using internal systems and CRM tools.
  • Provide financial review and analysis assistance to internal finance or diligence teams.
  • Ensure accurate records and update investor-related data and communications in reporting tools.
  • Prepare professional updates and reports for clients.
Qualifications
  • 1-5 years of experience in finance, consulting, or account management
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Exposure to working with international clients or companies is preferred
  • Understanding of investment and financial concepts, such as due diligence, EBITDA, and cash flow
  • Ability to work with data and follow structured workflows
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up discipline
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment across time zones
