Private Equity Investment Role

We seek a skilled and results-driven investment professional to join our team. This is a remote opportunity that offers the chance to work closely with senior leaders on cross-border transactions and growth-oriented investments.

The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, supporting deal execution, and managing portfolio companies. They will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating investment opportunities and supporting deal execution.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed financial models, valuations, and sensitivity analyses.
  • Conducting comprehensive due diligence, including financial, operational, and market analysis.
  • Supporting the structuring, negotiation, and execution of equity and debt investments.
  • Monitoring portfolio company performance, preparing reports, and tracking KPIs.
  • Identifying and implementing value creation initiatives within portfolio companies.
  • Assisting in sourcing new investment opportunities through market research, industry mapping, and networking.
  • Preparing investment memoranda and presentations for the Investment Committee.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial advisory.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; VBA/automation knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • High integrity, ownership, and attention to detail.
