Key Responsibilities:

Design and Execute Tests

Design and execute tests on complete automation systems, ensuring seamless integration of hardware and software components.

Test motion and robotics-related Function blocks in PLC code before release to market, guaranteeing precision and reliability.

Analyze requirements, design PLC programs, write and execute system tests to validate performance and efficiency.

Follow required test processes as defined by Lead/Manager, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory Skills:

  • PLC Programming in Ladder/Structured Text/Function blocks
  • Configuring and commissioning Servo Drives, VFDs & Inverters
  • Motion Control Programming in PLC for servo drives
  • Robotic (Drive Groups, Multi-Axes) programming in PLC
  • Design and Commissioning experience for Machine automation and turnkey projects
  • Hands On with one or more Fieldbus technologies
  • Configuring of PLC Backplane IOs and Remote IOs on Fieldbus

Desirable Skills:

  • Electrical Wiring Design for Control panels
  • Experience in Manual testing
