Job Title: Automation Systems Developer

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be skilled at designing, building, and maintaining automation workflows using tools like Make.com, n8n, Zapier.

  • Designing smart backend workflows that reduce manual effort and increase speed across business units (sales, onboarding, content ops, etc.)
  • Integrating third-party APIs and building custom connectors where needed

The role involves working closely with stakeholders to map out business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation where it drives the most impact.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you'll need strong hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel, Airtable, etc.). You should also have a solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data structuring (JSON/XML).

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial for building scalable, modular automation systems
  • Ability to analyze workflows and design clean, maintainable systems
  • Strong documentation habits — you'll help build a library of repeatable automation templates
