Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to lead our technology foundation. This individual must possess strong AWS expertise, hands-on development skills, cloud architecture mastery, and proven leadership abilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and deploying full-stack applications, architecting scalable AWS cloud infrastructure, and setting up databases and caching systems.

Additionally, they should be able to establish coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices for the team, mentor and guide junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business vision into technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Full Stack Development: React Native, React.js/Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI)
  • Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis
  • AWS Cloud & DevOps: EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Elastic Beanstalk
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Agile/Scrum practices, strong problem-solving ability
