Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Integrity and Policy Specialist. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our data.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement in data management
  • Design, implement, and manage data quality projects end-to-end
  • Maintain steady progress on open projects and ensure timely completion
  • Provide effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on project progress
  • Consult with downstream teams to analyze the impact of proposed projects
  • Manage complex issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution
  • Design and develop reporting and data visualizations to monitor data accuracy and integrity
  • Evaluate mass data analysis and updates to increase data accuracy
  • Enforce data standards, policies, and processes
  • Execute regular data maintenance and validation activities

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in data management or a related field
  • Ability to identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as SFDC and Google Suite
  • Able to work independently and solve complex problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills for internal collaboration
  • Experience with data governance and maintenance
