We are seeking an experienced Electrical Control Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical control systems for various projects.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience working with control systems. You should be able to effectively communicate technical information and collaborate with other disciplines to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Design electrical control systems for power monitoring systems, communication protocols, and architecture diagrams
  • Develop and review technical specifications and data sheets
  • Create I/O lists and requisition equipment
  • Interact with vendors and suppliers to obtain necessary materials and services
  • Collaborate with other engineers to ensure successful project execution

Technical Skills:

  • 10 years or more experience working in the electrical discipline in an engineering company
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Knowledge of FEED and Detail Engineering within Power and Oil and Gas Projects
  • Experience with IEC61850 and other relevant industry standards
