We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Psychological Support Specialist. This dynamic role requires an individual who can provide empathetic support, assess client needs, develop effective intervention strategies, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

  1. To assist clients with application cases relating to abuse, mental health, and trauma through voice and non-voice communication on our platforms.
  2. Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs, including evaluating symptoms, identifying risk factors, and formulating customised plans.
  3. Provide immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing distress, including assessing for safety, facilitating de-escalation, and coordinating appropriate referrals for further care if necessary.
  4. Educate clients and their families about rights violation, mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources available to support their well-being.
  5. Work closely with other Team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client assessments, progress notes, and interventions in compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
  7. Stay informed about current developments in the field, participate in ongoing training and professional development activities, and pursue opportunities for growth as appropriate.
  8. Engage in outreach efforts to raise awareness about Abuse, Trauma, Mental health to reduce stigma, and advocate for the importance of holistic wellness.

Our ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Psychology or Counselling, with a strong understanding of mental health and well-being. They will be flexible to work in rotational shifts, maintain high typing speeds, and possess excellent communication skills.
