• Assist users with application cases related to abuse, mental health, and trauma via voice and non-voice channels (calls and chats).
• Conduct user assessments: evaluate symptoms, identify risk factors, and formulate customized plans.
• Provide crisis intervention: offer immediate support and coordinate referrals for further care if necessary.
• Educate clients and their families about rights violation, mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources available.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Master's degree in psychology or counseling.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
• Typing speed of 30-35 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
• Deep understanding of mental health awareness and support.
