Pastry Operations Manager

The role of Pastry Operations Manager is to oversee the production and control of pastries in a commercial kitchen setting. To excel in this position, one must possess exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a supervisory or management role within the food service industry.

  • Strong understanding of pastry production principles, including ingredient selection, recipe development, and equipment operation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
