Job Title: Migrating UKG Lead

We are seeking an experienced team lead to drive end-to-end migrations from Workforce Central to Dimensions.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will lead and manage UKG migration projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain migration roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans to ensure project success.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and business units, managing expectations and aligning deliverables with business goals.
  3. Drive project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication to ensure seamless execution.
Technical Expertise:
  • Oversee configuration of UKG Workforce central and Dimensions modules including Timekeeping, Accruals, Pay Rules, and Advanced Scheduling.
  • Ensure accurate mapping and transformation of legacy data to Dimensions through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure infrastructure readiness and optimal system setup.
Integration & Reporting:
  1. Lead Dell Boomi integration efforts between UKG and external systems (e.g., Successfactors, Workday).
  2. Troubleshoot and optimize integration workflows for performance and reliability.
Team Management:
  • Mentor and guide a team of UKG analysts, technical consultants, and testers.
  • Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
