We are seeking an experienced professional to drive innovative strategies and enhance business delivery.

  • Develop and execute cutting-edge strategies to optimize insurance collection and improve business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead the development of team members, focusing on enhancing their management capabilities and business acumen.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 14+ years of experience in end-to-end revenue cycle management, with in-depth knowledge of metrics and calculations.
  • Either currently serving as an Associate Director or having held a senior manager position for at least 2 years.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including ability to organize and manage human resources to attain goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise with MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
