Job Title: Engineering Manager

Lifesight Technologies Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing SaaS company that leverages data and AI to improve customer acquisition and retention. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our core technology team.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Manager to lead our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing core product functionality, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and operate high-scale cloud-based systems and services
  • Take end-to-end ownership of the design and implementation of core product functionality
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver software products
  • Help the team translate business requirements into R&D tasks
  • Work with business groups to outline the technology roadmap and project deliverables
  • Engage and manage a team of highly talented technologists
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 8+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated track record of end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade distributed software systems
  • Strong technology acumen, knowledge of software engineering processes, design knowledge, and architecture intelligence
  • Well-versed and hands-on experience with Java (8+), Spring boot, designing APIs, Microservices, and Message/Event-driven architecture style
  • Attention to detail and quality, and the ability to work well in and across teams and features
  • Ability to advocate and influence multiple stakeholders, reasoning and debating around choices
  • Ability to learn new domains and deliver output
