Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance systems using Spring Boot microservices and API integrations.

  • Design and develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Work with SQL/MySQL to design schemas, optimize queries, and improve database performance.
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
  • Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments.
  • Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and design decisions for new systems.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of backend development experience with Java.
  • Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL/MySQL (indexes, joins, query optimization, data modeling).
  • Solid debugging and problem-solving skills with production systems.
  • Experience with Kafka, Redis, NoSQL databases is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of software engineering best practices (Agile, CI/CD, TDD).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and automation scripts.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.
  • Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito.
