Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a passion for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using Java 8+ programming language.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and tools relevant to the role.
  • Document code and technical designs to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintainability.
  • Work closely with QA engineers to troubleshoot issues and resolve defects.
  • Develop and execute unit tests, system tests, and integration tests to ensure software functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field).
  • 2 years of experience in software development or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Springboot, Microservices, Build Tools (e.g., Maven/Gradle), Git, and Kafka.
  • Strong understanding of database technologies, including MongoDB, Postgres, Cassandra, and ElasticSearch.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mastery of DevOps principles and tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Python programming language.
  • 2 years of IT experience developing and implementing business systems within an organization.
  • 4 years of experience working with defect or incident tracking software.
  • 4 years of experience with technical documentation in a software development environment.
  • 2 years of experience working with an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
  • 2 years of experience leading teams, with or without direct reports.
