We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative and Human Resources professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, office administration, and recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will also develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
You will maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. Additionally, you will drive employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives to promote a positive and productive work environment.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. They will be proficient in MS Office, HRMS software, and recruitment portals. A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required. Experience in office administration and human resources management is essential.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Drive employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
- Act as the point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Manage office supplies, purchase of stationery, and procurement of other office items.
- Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and office-related purchases.
- Supervise office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Process payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances
- Prepare administrative and HR reports to support management in decision-making.
