Law Internship Opportunity

About the Role:

The intern will be involved in a diverse range of tasks, providing a practical understanding of legal processes. The role is primarily desk-based, focusing on ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to support case strategy.
  • Assist in drafting notices, petitions, and other documents.
  • Help with case preparation and management.
Property Documentation (Industrial Focus):
  • Draft and review various agreements.
  • Handle paperwork and liaise with government departments such as HSIIDC, HSVP, and Town Planning.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and processed efficiently.
  • Perform data recording and manage administrative work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent research skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential. Prior experience in litigation support or property documentation is desirable.
